Also had a follow up call next day, which was much appreciated. Would absolutely recommend them. Many thanks for getting us out of a sticky situation.

10/09/2019 - Spoke to Jon at Maintain prior to our house purchase as a house surveyor's report does not give sufficient information. Could not fault the service. Video's of all the drains. a map of their location and description of condition which is incredibly useful for future plans. He arranged everything which was appreciated as we are (were) not local and the report was with us the next day. Like the electrician who inspected the electrical installation; both worth every penny of their fees prior to a house purchase.
